Chet T. I was looking through your Archives (what a great idea) I was fortunate to enough to be at the "Girls Holiday Dinner" and I am having guest from DC and want to WOW them with your "Seared Scallops/Parsnip and Potato Custard/Crisp Cherrywood Bacon/Roasted Cauliflower" (my god that was so,so flaverful) . I have found when I am looking for inspiration ,something to wow my guest with I keep coming back to "WellSpicedLife" instead of making use of my many cooks books. And when they ask me for the reciepe I hand them a post note your website. AHhh !! you make life so easy for me!!!!
Looking forward to more incredable ediables.
